RailRCS was formed in January 2020 to provide railroad contract services for host railroads and freight customers. RailRCS is the only independent rail service provider in the United States located in Janesville, Wisconsin. We are fully staffed and qualified in both General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) and Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee (NORAC). Operations at RailRCS run 24 hours, 365 days a year. Staff at RailRCS are fully trained on physical characteristics, Hazardous Materials, Security Awareness, Federal Hours of Service laws, and various other important operational materials.
